The Bellamy Master Assessment is a digital product. It is delivered to you through a unique access link as soon as your purchase is complete, and it produces personalized results the moment you finish answering. Because of this, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges or credits on the assessment, except where a refund is required by a mandatory and non-waivable law that applies to you.
By completing your purchase you acknowledge that you are buying digital content, that you receive access immediately, and that you knowingly give up any cancellation or cooling-off right to the fullest extent the law allows.
The value of the assessment is the personalized result it creates from your own responses. Once your access link is issued and the assessment is available to you, the product has been delivered and cannot be returned. This is standard for digital products of this kind.
If you have a concern about your order, please contact us first at hello@bellamysportandleisure.com so we can help. By purchasing, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for a completed and delivered order, and you agree that these terms are your sole remedy regarding the price paid, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Please see Section 6 of our Terms of Service for the full chargeback terms.
This policy is about refunds, not about access problems. If your access link does not work, has expired before you were able to use it, or you did not receive it, contact us at hello@bellamysportandleisure.com with your order number and we will make sure you can complete the assessment you paid for. Helping you get access is not the same as a refund.
Nothing in this policy removes any right you have that cannot be removed under a mandatory law that applies to you as a consumer.
European Union and United Kingdom. Consumers normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a digital purchase. For digital content delivered immediately, that right can be lost only if you gave prior express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you would lose the right of withdrawal. Where you provided that consent at checkout, the no-refund terms above apply. Where you did not, your statutory withdrawal right is honored.
Canada and the United States. Consumers keep any rights under applicable federal, state and provincial consumer-protection law that cannot be waived by contract. Where such a law requires a refund in your circumstances, we will honor it.
